
Christian Community Ministries (CCM) has a workforce of more than 1,200 staff across a growing network of Christian schools. CCM owns and operates twelve schools (eight in Queensland, one in New South Wales, two in South Australia and one in Western Australia), early learning (childcare) centres associated with five schools in Queensland, a campsite and outdoor education provider based in Queensland and a national Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The aim of CCM is to provide a values-based, Christian education for all who desire it.
About the Role
CCM is currently seeking applications for the position of Personnel Services Manager to provide oversight and leadership of personnel services and human resource management practices across the CCM Group. Additionally, the role will be required to support College Principals and leadership teams with expert advice or direction regarding personnel management issues; and coordinate development and implementation of strategies to support CCM’s ability to attract, retain, develop and manage highly-engaged and committed personnel.

This is a full-time role, based at the CCM Central Office in Kingston, Queensland. An appointee to the role must be a committed Christian – holding a personal Christian faith, actively involved in their local church community and willing to support the Christian ethos of CCM. This includes accepting and supporting CCM’s lifestyle requirements and Statement of Faith. Applications close Monday, May 29.
