Position Summary
This position is for a Primary School classroom teacher working within a multi-age class structure in the early years of the College. As Rivers Christian College lnverell is a newly established Christian school, staff should expect to work collaboratively in a pioneering environment where flexibility, problem-solving, and initiative is essential. Conditions of employment for teaching staff are contained in the CCM Schools Enterprise Agreement 2024. Annual remuneration for teachers, subject to recognised prior teaching experience, is in the range $88,824 to $127,519 (January 2026 rates, not including employer superannuation).
Requirements and How to Apply
Required Experience
You must hold a tertiary qualification in Education from a recognised higher education provider.
You must meet the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requirements for teacher accreditations, and be eligible for, or currently hold, active NESA teacher accreditation before commencing duties.
Prior experience in a Christian school or ministry context will be highly regarded.
